Is there parking available at the hotel?
We suggest that all guests that have not booked our parking package park in the Clarence Dock multi-storey car park and our Reception staff will issue a voucher on check out that reduces the 24 hour rate down to £8.00. Please note that this is a multiple entry ticket.
If you have booked to stay with our hotel on the parking package, please ensure that you park in the small car park that is adjacent to the hotel and a permit will be issued to you on check in. If you do choose to book one of our parking packages please could we ask that the car registration number be added to the comments section on your booking.
How far away from Leeds City Centre and the Royal Armouries Museum is the hotel?
The Royal Armouries Museum is located just off Armouries Square within Clarence Dock and the hotel is directly opposite the Museum.
The hotel is a 20 minute walk and is approximately 1.1 miles from Leeds City Centre.
If you are using a Sat Nav to reach the hotel please use LS10 1LT OR LS10 1SE.
When do you charge my debit or credit card?
Payment for your reservation will be taken on the day that you check out. If you have however booked an Advance Saver Rate, payment for your reservation will be taken prior to your arrival date.
Do you require a pre authorisation from a debit or credit card?
A pre authorisation is required for every reservation and will be requested at reception on check in. If a guest does not have a card available the hotel has the right to request a deposit of £50.00 per room which will be returned on check out.
Do you accept cash payment?
We do accept cash payment for accommodation however proof of ID will be requested at the time of checking in from either a valid Passport or Driving License. If you do wish to pay by cash a pre authorisation will still be required either by card or by leaving a deposit of £50.00 at reception which will be returned on check out.
Do you accept Group Bookings?
We do accept Group bookings however these are subject to availability and we do suggest to contact the hotel directly on 0113 3804400 or

. A deposit of £50.00 will be required for each bedroom either by debit / credit card or by cash. Please see the above pre authorisation section.
Do you allow Pets?
We do allow small dogs at the hotel with prior notice and an additional £50.00 deposit will be required on check in. If you do decide to bring your small dog, please add this to the comments section on your booking and for further information please contact the hotel on 0113 3804400 or

Is the hotel accessible to wheelchairs?
Accessibility is a priority at our hotel and lift access is available to all levels. The hotel reception, bar and restaurant is positioned on the ground floor with no stairs and we also offer accessible bedrooms with adjacent rooms for carers if required. Do you have sofa beds in the bedrooms?
We do have sofa beds in our double bedrooms only and these are subject to availability. If you would like to have a sofa bed set up in your room please can you either add this to your comments section during the booking process or contact the hotel directly on 0113 3804400. Please be aware that the sofa bed’s are set up in the bedrooms when ONLY ON REQUEST. A supplement of £30.00 will be added to your room rate if the sofa bed is to be used by a guest which is over 16 years of age.
Restaurant
We do have a restaurant at the hotel which is open from 6:00pm and last orders are at 9:30pm.
